Q: What is your relationship with Bendigo Bank?
A: Our Company is a member of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group of Companies. Bendigo Bank
owns all the shares in Victorian Securities and provides support and back-up
in many areas including technology, resources and expertise. Victorian Securities
Corporation Limited holds its own Australian Financial Service Licence (AFSL
No. 237904). |

Q: Who are the Directors of
Victorian Securities?
A: In September 1999 Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group acquired all shares in Victorian Securities.
On that date a new Board of Directors was established comprising three Directors
from the previous Board and three representatives who are employees of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited.
The current Board of Directors comprises:
- John Alexander Read Billington (Chairman)
- Andrew Murray Byrne
- Stephen Thomas Byrne
- Richard John Baker
